Introduce
The engine control unit (ECU) is the main component of the electronically controlled vehicle that continuously monitors and controls the operation of the engine. The ECU tests and calculates the air-fuel mixture ratio and engine ignition advance angle based on data input from multiple sensors (including MAP sensor, throttle position sensor, air temperature sensor, oxygen sensor, etc.). They monitor and control the engine's fuel supply, injection timing, ignition shutdown angle, engine idle operation and other vehicle ancillary systems in real time to maintain optimal energy conversion rates.
The ECU has a complex structure and is exposed to harsh environments during operation and requires special protection. For example, because heat dissipation from the controller's electronic components causes frequent temperature changes in the work area, breathable products that can both dissipate heat and equalize pressure are required.
